Short Biography
Dr. Thinh Le Vinh received his Ph.D. from the Conservatoire National des Arts et Métiers (CNAM), Paris in 2017. He is currently a faculty member at HCMUTE, involved in many national and international research projects. He has authored over 20 scientific articles, and is committed to advancing the field through research and teaching.
